Obituary of Joan "Joanne" Herchenratter

Joan Miriam (Joanne) Herchenratter, 96, of Waterloo, died at Grand River Hospital - Freeport Campus, Kitchener on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Joanne was born March 7, 1926 in Ottawa to John Edward Vaughan and Winifred Lydia Vaughan (Shelley). 

Loving mother to her three children, Don (Barb) Herchenratter, Judie (Bob) Hiscox and Nancy (Joe) Susko. Cherished grandmother of Chris Herchenratter, Carrie (Ben) Lehmann, Jeri (Sam) Zambri, Ryan Susko and Stephen (Morgan Lee) Hiscox; great-grandchildren Sydney & Jacob Lehmann, Owen Zambri and Sully & Goldie Hiscox.

Predeceased by her husband August, her parents and brother Fred.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. A reception immediately following the service in the Fireside Reception Room.
