To the Family & Friends of "Moe"......Please forgive my tardiness in offering you my deepest sympathy for the loss you bore several months ago and no doubt feel to this day. I knew Moe for many years when we both worked for Canada Revenue Agency and he was at one time my Team Leader. I have nothing but fond memories of our days with CRA and I was saddened to learn of his passing. But he can never be gone as you well know. Memories of his life lived and shared with all of us, in its many forms, will remain with us. We grieve his loss but take delight n those memories. God grant you Peace and Comfort always!

Dear Anna Marie and Family , Please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences following the death of you dear husband, father and grandfather Moe.
I recall the fun he and had and how welcoming you and he made Veronica feel when we first met at St Agatha back in 1966.
No matter what he always had a smile and was never to busy to share his time with those who need his help and expertise.
I could go on all day about him and still really not cover how I admired him both as good friend and colleague when we were out at the Children's Village.
My prayers and blessing go out to all of his loving family.
Sincerely
Peter FOY

Christa, John, Matthew and George, of course - Aunt Anna.
I cant begin to tell you how sorry I am for uncle Moe's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
I wanted to share a memory of many years ago that perhaps you are unaware of. I was young and at that time - I thought I knew everything - especially about fine automobiles! Uncle Moe had purchased a Studebaker Avanti. Having never heard of or possibly seen such a beast - he took me to the garage and extolled the many virtues of his new automobile. I was star struck. He showed me the engine, the toggle switches and even fired it up for a minute. I was hooked. Since that day - I have been a rabid admirer of all things Studebaker. I look for them! I've even bid on them and much to the amusement of many of my co-workers - explained why the factory green and orange interior is beautiful and unique! My love for them has subsequently rubbed off on my wife - Frances. Who - as I write this, is in the process of inquiring about a 1963 blue Studebaker Avanti that she has fallen for and coming to auction.
I wish I had the time and memory to recall all the times that Uncle Moe had influenced my life. Unfortunately, I don't. I will say that I will think of him constantly. I will miss him.

I had the privilege of working with Moe, he was the go to guy when you had a complex tax issue. Moe was always willing to help and share his extensive tax knowledge to solve these complex issues. Always a gentleman and full of fun facts, Moe was a great co-worker.
My heartfelt sympathy to Moe’s family during this very sad and difficult time.

Anne Marie and family
My deepest and heartfelt condolences to all the Webster family.
I have known Moe since1966, when he was a father to me, his humorous quips, his laugh. Moe shared time with my wife and children on visits to Waterloo and Sauble Beach, Ontario. He was the only father figure in my life and a "special" grandparent to my children. Moe will be missed.
A big warm west coast hug to the whole family.
