Radhe Radhe and Radhe Shyam, May Champamasi’s soul rest peacefully at the lotus feet of Lord Shiva. Champamasi was a remarkable, strong and determined lady, who enjoyed many happy and difficult times in her life, but her tenacity kept her going. Our family knew the Acharya family from Jinja, Uganda and the relationship grew stronger with my sister Raksha marrying Ajitkumar. Another spiritual thread we all share is our devotion to Brahmalin HH Swami Satyamitranada Giriji Maharaj which binds us as the children of Samanvaya Parivar. Champamasi loved the time spent in Boston with Ajitkumar and family. Ajitkumar and Raksha really looked after her till recently when she was frail, and I am sure her blessings will be with them and the rest of the family always. Champamasi’s lived a full life and her legacy will continue with her children and grandchildren. We are all visitors on journey and it is up to each and everyone of us to map our path. Champamasi has laid her path. Our heartiest condolences to the Acharya family. Lots of love, Jairaj, Usha, Kiran, Pooja and Aleesha.

Champa masi was always there when I had severe asthma attacks as a child. I remember her making a juice of some home remedy which did not taste good but definitely made me feel better. Over the years, my little sister married into the family, so we have continued interactions with her. She was strong and very principled. Her devotion to her family has been a great example to us all and she leaves us a remarkable legacy! I will miss seeing her on our visits to Canada but after suffering this long illness, I hope her soul can rest peacefully. Bipin Joshi and Family
