I was so saddened to read about Jeff's passing recently. Although it's been around 40 years since I've been in Jeff's company, I certainly remember fondly his big-hearted, friendly, and brimming-with-life presence. He and all of the Shirk family were warm and welcoming people, and it's something for which I am still most grateful. Please know that you all are very much in my thoughts and prayers.
