I'm very sorry to hear of Helen's passing. I knew her well and I was also very close to her husband Jack who passed away a number of years ago. They were extremely good people that had a flair and know-how for dealing with children, particularly teenagers. I was able to send 3 of my daughters to Camp Tawingo and I knew my daughters were in good hands and always thoroughly enjoyed this camp that Jack and Helen ran for many many years. I believe from what I've heard, their son will be taking over the management and running of the camp.
Our condolences to the Pearse family. Helen was such a sweet, positive and supportive presence growing up in Beechwood and at Camp Tawingo. Her warmth and smile will never be forgotten.
We are very sorry to hear that Helen has died. She was a rock for Jack.
Unfortunately we are unable to attend the visitation due to other commitments.

I did not know Helen but I went to school with Judy...and she was an amazing person so I know after reading this tribute that the apple didn't fall far from the tree!
Mike, Tia and Family,
My thoughts are with you. What a life. Please be comforted by her memory. Such a legacy of family, campers and in other things.
Hugs, Michael and Jess Bakker
My sincere condolences to everyone - family, friends, everyone who is thinking about Helen at this time. She was an amazing lady. My life was truly blessed by her love and kindness.
