I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Jianhua's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at SNC/Kent. He was always so kind, friendly and helpful. My sincere condolences to his family.
My first opportunity to work with Jianhua starting in 1999 on a project in Sichaun province. The opportunity started what was to become a longtime friendship. He was a respected engineer in our industry always willing to support and educate anyone who was willing to listen. Jianhua was even more respected as great person who loved his family and friends. I know this is a difficult time for his family, but you should hold on to all the great things he accomplished and the fun memories he has left you with.
His past coworkers at the GSI Group all send their prayers and sympathy during this difficult time.
Mr. Fan as we all called him will be missed and will be remembered for all of his great contributions to the grain storage industry globally. The products he developed are still in use today and provide a great value to the customers they serve.

Uncle Jianhua will always be remembered as our kind and friendly neighbour who always had a warm smile on his face and offered unwavering help and support to me and my family. I particularly remember of him voluntarily assisting us with removing snow off our driveway during the harshest Waterloo winter days.
