January 9, 1949 - October 14, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dad and much-loved Grandpa D. He will forever have a place in the hearts of his sons Wesley (Heather) and Evan (Alexandra). Proud grandpa to Delphine, Ivy and Wyatt and friend to former wife Cherry. Uncle Dougie to JR, Blair, Duston (Carmina), Hailey (Stu), Grace, Jade, and Margot.

Survived by his Uncle Ross Clemmer and many members of the Herrington family. Doug was a friend to many and will be remembered for his witty sense of humour and quick jokes. His favourite place to be was at the family cottage on Lake Belwood. Many years of memories and good times have been shared there with family and friends. 

Everyone is welcomed to the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will begin in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. We will be celebrating Doug’s life following the funeral at Ethel’s Lounge, 114 King St. N., Waterloo.
