Walter.
I just got news that you’re no longer with us.
I tried to be there for you...
I knew you since you were at least 16.
Gawd, the regrets weigh heavily
You could be so secretive and then so sweet
Please give my love to my sister.
I’ve lost everyone in my family. Your passing is harder than I ever expected
My past is gone as though it never existed
I love you.
I miss you
I know you’re in a better place…
Remember when you and David were speeding and the cop pulled you over and asked, “late for the game
Sport?” Hilarious, since it was true!
I meant to ask you about the Red Lantern Pizza place we went to.
I love you buddy.
See you soon.

Very sorry to hear about Walter— I knew Walter from junior tennis in the 1970’s— always a lot of fun and good friend.

Walter and I met at a party through Terrance Robinson in the early 80’s. We ended up living together for many years and through thick and thin, we were the best of friends. I remember Walter with such fondness…he was a very funny, kind, active hilarious great guy who loved life and lived it to the fullest. I’m so grateful for our time together I only wish I had one more day. My heart goes out to Adam who he loved so much and spoke so highly of and Grace and Linda, to all of his friends, his entire family. My thoughts and prayers are with u. RIP Walter my friend. See u on the other side. The world is a smaller place without you. U are greatly missed.
Love Karen Perez
