Neal Moogk-Soulis donated to TRINITY EVANGELICAL MISSIONARY CHURCH
Tuesday, September 3, 2024
Donated on behalf of Neal and Graham Moogk-Soulis in memory of Mrs Doris Martin. We are grateful for the time at WCI between 1996 and 2005 that she took us under her wing, listened to our dreams, shared her wisdom, and then sent us on our way to conquer the world.

I had the absolute honour and privilege to work alongside Doris in the WCI Student Activities Office from 2000-2008 before Doris transitioned into her very well-deserved retirement. I cherish so many fond memories of the various ways in which Doris was a surrogate "Mom" to so many of the students who came through our office - she had a gift for making every student who walked into our office feel special. Her love of young people was so apparent and she touched the lives of so many Vikings - in particular, I always looked forward to her annual "Ceremony of Loveliness"! Doris also made an invaluable contribution to the extracurricular program at WCI, collecting fees, administering Student Cards, scheduling photos, paying bills, booking buses etc. etc. I am so incredibly grateful to have shared all of those adventures with my treasured friend and colleague, Doris, and I will profoundly miss her.
