Obituary of Ronald Kellerman

Ron passed away suddenly from Acute Leukemia on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Victoria Hospital in London. Formerly of Waterloo, Ron lived and worked in Chatham for the last 2 years. He was an accomplished musician and well known in the Blues scene in the K-W area. Son of the late Hilda and Dwight Kellerman. Dearest partner of Lori Squires of Waterloo. Loving father of Shawn Kellerman (Pamela) of Waterloo; step father to Natalie Vanderzand and Alister Vanderzand. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Isabella and Adrianna; his sisters Barbara Kellerman of Waterloo and Linda (Mike) Lowry of Inverhuron; niece Heather Lippert of Nelson B.C. and nephew Eric Lippert of Seattle, Washington. Also survived by cousins and Aunts. Predeceased by his sister Dorothy Kellerman. Ron's family will receive friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday, October 14, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate his life will take place at Calvary Memorial United Church, 91 Gruhn St., Kitchener on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Lynne Bandy officiating. Cremation will follow. A reception will be held in the church hall following the service.
