Obituary of Michele Stranz

Of Kitchener, passed away with family at her bedside on Sunday, December 11, 2011 of cancer. She fought her brief battle with strength and courage. Michele was born on January 22, 1961 to her mother, Rose Muhlberghuber who survives her. Michele graduated with a B.A., B.S.W., and M.S.W. and worked as a Social Worker for Family and Children Services in Guelph. Michele is survived by her three loving children, Nichole (husband James), Christian, and Jay Jay. She is also survived by four brothers and one sister, Michael Stranz (Christine Stranz) of Roseville, Ray Stranz (Bonnie Mather Stranz) of Conestogo, Monica Buchanan (Eddy Hass) of Kitchener, Rolf Stranz (Estelle Pascal) of Toronto, and Markus Stranz of Kitchener. Michele was loved by all her nieces and nephews, Brandon, Amanda, Eric, Alyssa, Scott, and Mark. Michele's family will receive friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, December 14 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment and committal service will follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
