To the Ferguson Family. I have very pleasant memories of times spent as a young boy in the Home Hardware store in Fergus. I will always be grateful to Betty and Graham for giving me the opportunity to work with the family in the Home Hardware store in Kitchener. This was to be my first part-time job, and the skills learned from working in the business have stayed with me over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family at this time of sadness and loss.

I would like to extend sincere condolences to the Ferguson family. I have fond memories of working for Graham and Betty in their Home Hardware store in the Frederick Street Plaza in the 1970's. She was a kind and lovely woman, beautiful both from the inside and out.

Dear Ferguson Family, It is with great sadness that I learned of Betty's passing. I know that in the recent past she was not quite the lady we all remember but she had a good life and raised a pretty dynamic family. My memories of Betty also remind me of the friendship that she had with my mother and the trips they took to plays in Stratford. I will certainly be thinking about the Ferguson family on Wednesday and I trust that your memories of Betty will always give you a smile. James Chapman

Please accept our sincere sympathy. Your mother/grandmother was a wonderful lady and we shared many happy times with her and you. Our fond memories will be ever lasting. Christmas is always a difficult time to loose a loved one but Betty would want you to have a lively and meaningful Christmas/ Memorial Service teasuring her life of so many accomplishments and shared family memories. Our best to you all. Both our children are graduates of Guelph and we are pleased to honour Betty with a memorial donation.
