Unser herzlichstest Beileid Euch Allen.

I was recruited by my dear friend Rob Brown to help out with security for a few years. Another friend of ours Doug Wall was also enlisted to help out the cause. Peter was a great gentleman who, for some unknown reason, believed that Doug and I were actually under cover RCMP agents working to uncover some "issue" that was going down at the club. Always wanting to be a secret agent man, I never disclosed anything to Peter to the contrary. We had fun with this for a number of years. It was oh so very funny. Peter was such a good sport. I will cherish the special "Club neck tie" that I purchased a few years ago. Peace be with you Peter on your journey and God Bless!

Peter was a wonderful neighbor and friend. We will miss his smile and his friendly manner. He enjoyed sharing his wine cellar with us and we treasure the schnappes holder he made for us. It has an honored spot behind our bar. Our deepest condolences to Sara and the entire family

Such great memories that started way back to my early childhood where I spent most of my summer vacation living with my second family, the Orendi's. I always had a sense that Uncle Pete enjoyed having a boy around. He truly made me feel like a son!
One of my favorite memories as a young boy was the time Uncle Pete took me fishing. Even though he had no interest in fishing he knew it was important to me.
"For Pete's Sake"! Everyone knew that my Uncle made his famous homemade wine and I will never forget my first official drink as a young man...a very yong man! :-) I had shot of home made peech liquor! Uncle Peter was always serving something special and there was a sense of gemutlichkeit when visiting with him, and that is my fondest memory of my Uncle who in some ways was like a second Father to me, especially after my own Dad passed away.
Uncle Pete, thanks for all those great times! I will always keep your memory close to my heart.

"For Pete's Sake" what great memories our family has of good times in the Orendi family home! Whether it was for a long weekend or a couple of weeks, we always felt at home spending time at Aunt Sara and Uncle Pete's! That big, wicked smile of his and those rosy cheeks will always help me to remember him fondly. It was a long hard struggle these last couple of years and I am so glad that my dearest Aunt Sara was able to be by his side, they were true partners to the end. And how he loved his girls, my dear cousins - they were all daddy's girls! What a beautiful family it is indeed and I know he joins my dear parents in peace everlasting!

We all loved Uncle Pete and have nothing but fond memories. Heck, I named a son after him!! What a great man he was, what a great husband, father, friend. It was an honor to have known him. And, of course, what an honor to have shared so many schnaps with him, Uncle Pete's special home brew helped warm many a Canadian night. I still have 3/4 of a bottle and you can be assured, we will savor each and every shot and drink it in his memory!
Our prayers are with the entire family as I know how much the enkelkinders will miss him. And, of course, there's mom who will undoubtedly miss him the most - may God grant her, and all the Orendi's serenity and peace knowing he's in heaven with all the other Saxons!
