Obituary of Ross Burkhardt

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, at age 69. Beloved husband of Judith-Ann (nee Dunlop) for 48 years; loved father of John and Lynn Burkhardt, loving grandfather of Ryan, and Joshua Burkhardt; and dear brother of Brian and Ursula Burkhardt. Ross will also be sadly missed by legendary hunters and fishermen from the Ottawa Valley to Sioux Lookout. A Memorial Reception to celebrate Ross' life will be held at the Waterloo Knights of Columbus, 145 Dearborn Place, Waterloo on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. with special memories shared at 8 p.m. Condolences for the family and donations to the Mennonite Central Committee may be arranged through the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445.
