Obituary of Cecil McLaughlin

Peacefully and surrounded by family in his 92nd year, on New Year's day in Kitchener-Waterloo at St. Mary's Hospital. Beloved husband of Dorothy Mary (Walker) for 65 years. Cherished father of Patricia of Belleville, Pamela (Stephen Haigh) of Elora, John (Lindsay Moeser) of Toronto, and much adored Grandpa of Jessica, Fraser and Graham. Dear brother of Grayce Forristal of Waterloo, Murray of London and Beverley of Listowel. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, kin, neighbours and friends. Eldest son of the late Cokely and Vera of Listowel and a long-time resident of Waterloo. Cecil was firmly connected to the land - as in his career serving dairy farmers, as a dedicated gardener, and at the Kincardine cottage with family. Visitation will be at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, January 5th from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. with Rev.
