Obituary of Dimitri Murugesu-Buder
It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of an amazing little boy who was in our lives for just a short time. Dimitri left this world to be with Jesus on Saturday, March 30, 2013 just shy of his 6th birthday.
Born on May 5, 2007 to James Aaron Buder and Natasha Ann Murugesu, Dimitri brought unspeakable joy to his parents. He loved deeply and will be forever loved and remembered by his two brothers, Dylan LeConte and Damian Murugesu-Buder.
This unimaginable loss is shared by his loving grandparents, Jamie & Wendy Buder and Ben & Kathy Murugesu, his two great-grandmothers, Shirley Weber of Waterloo and Etta Cheeseman of Barbados and great-grandfather Dr. Ed Buder of Waterloo, loving uncle and aunt, Nico & Dayna Giorgio, and aunt Nikki Duval. Dimitri was adored by his cousins, Matteo and Noelle Giorgio, many aunties, uncles and extended family from around the world and all who had the pleasure of being in the company of this charismatic little soul.
He had an unfailing optimism and lived his life with great excitement to explore, learn and discover everything around him. He attended Edna Staebler Public School with his classmates in Room 13 and his favourite teacher Mrs. Soehner. A smart and passionate little boy, Dimitri had a tender and compassionate heart whose love knew no bounds. His easy smile and laughter lit up all our lives.
Dimitri was welcomed into heaven by his great grandmothers, Packham Murugesu and Janet Buder, his great grandfathers, Jack Weber and George Cheeseman, were waiting with open arms. Although his days were far too few, Dimitri will live forever in our hearts. Your wings are spread and bright white. You were destined for bigger and better things…love, Mom and Dad.
Family and friends will be received at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home in Waterloo on Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
