Obituary of Kathleen McSpurren

Passed away peacefully at her residence, surrounded by family, on Monday, July 29, 2013, at age 49. Beloved wife of Mike Tancsa for over 25 years; loved daughter of Elaine Turcotte; loving sister of Mel McSpurren, Drew McSpurren (Richard), Don McSpurren (Bonnie); dear daughter-in-law of Judit and Mihaly Tancsa; sister-in-law of Judy Tancsa-Switzer (Rob) and aunt of Dylan McSpurren and Michael and James Tancsa-Switzer. Kathleen will also be fondly remembered by dear friends Jan Legault and Diane Lees as well as many other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her father James McSpurren. Kathleen was born in Brockville Ontario and grew up in Carleton Place and Ottawa before moving to Waterloo in 1987 to attend University. Waterloo has been her home for the past 26 years where she studied and worked and made many friends.
