Shirley Miss Ross was my teacher in Grade nine at Grand River Collegiate and since them our paths have crossed many time. At Forest Hill United and as a participant in my Aerobics class at the Kaufman YMCA.
She will be missed.

I remember Shirley coming to a Bible Study in my home with her good friend, Marjorie Rosekat. I just loved her...loved her open heart to God and her open, loving heart for others. She invited me once to share at an evening gathering at Forest Heights. I felt so welcomed by Shirley (and the rest of the group!) and saw again her care for others shining through. I treasure the privilege of having crossed paths with such a great lady.

Sincere condolence to all the family. I had the good fortune to work with Shirley for several years when she was teaching students enrolled in the care and treatment programs. Shirley's success when working with very challenging students was very evident. Her kind, spirited personality made her a pleasure to be around. She will be missed.
