Jason & Family, We know that no words can help ease the pain and loss that you are feeling right now. We pray this passage eases the pain of your loss. I had the opportunity to meet Carol known to me as Mrs Booth through Sam her daughter in Mr.Freisens grade five class. Sam and I played Ringette together and skied with the Booth family up at Blue Mountain. We attended many Ringette tournaments in which Carol was always the first responder if someone was injured on the ice.
Off the ice and as highschool and university progressed I always remembered that Carol suggested that I get involved with the Dental world and as she put it,"People will always have teeth..." I followed this advice and now practice dental hygiene as a Registered Hygienist and also assist with dental surgeries as a dental assistant in Guelph for Dr Ezqueda and Dr Guerrero.
I remember Carol and the Booth family to be supportive of all their childrens friends. I believe it was through Carols encouragement and her ability to share her knowledge with me that helped me make the solid choices in my life and studies. I will never forget the day she allowed me to observe a dental surgery at Dr. Wallaces which helped me to stay the course throughout my studies.
Carol was a beautiful person and it was an honour to meet her through my childhood friend Sam. My thoughts and condolences go out to all her family and friends.
Thank you for your inpiration Carol. Your life and encouragement has made my life richer.
