Obituary of Barbara Brown

Passed away peacefully at Columbia Forest Long Term Care on Wednesday, January 14, 2015. Born in North Bay on March 25, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Lillian and Clifford McDowell. Loving wife of Arnold Brown. Dear mother of Kirby Brown (Dianne), Pamela Brown and Patrice Pletsch. Much loved grandmother to Jordan, Stephanie, Nico, Dakota, Cheyenne and Sierra. Also survived by a sister, Karen Seguin, nephews Sean (Tara) Seguin and Aaron Seguin. Predeceased by a son Brian Brown, son-in-law Brian Pletsch and brother-in-law Gary Seguin. Friends are invited to share their memories of Barbara with her family during visitation (today) Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, January 16 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo. The service to celebrate her life will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, January 17 at 3 p.m. Reception to follow in the Fireside Reception Room. Private family interment in Woodland Cemetery at a later date.
